Architected a comprehensive recruitment ecosystem designed to scale to 1,000+ concurrent campus users. The system leverages a Flutter (MVVM) mobile front-end for a reactive user experience, integrated with a robust Laravel (PHP) REST API backend.

The "meat" of the system lies in its complex database schema and workflow automation; it handles real-time job posting, multi-stage application tracking, and automated email notifications. Security is managed via JWT (JSON Web Tokens) and custom middleware that strictly separates the permissions of Students, Employers, and University Administrators. Currently optimized and architecturally ready for full production rollout.
